Privacy Policy
ActiScore is operated by Securafy, Inc. (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use actiscore.ai, a grader embedded on one of our customers' websites, or an email sent through ActiScore — and what we do with it. Questions go to hello@actiscore.ai.
Two ways we hold your information
If you have an ActiScore account, we decide how your account information is used, and this policy governs it.
If you used a grader on another company's website, or received a report or email from a company that uses ActiScore, that company collected your information and decides what happens to it. We store and process it for them. Their own privacy policy applies, and requests about that data are best sent to them. We will also help if you write to us.
What we collect
- Account details: your work email, your company name, and your role. Passwords are handled by our sign-in provider and stored only as a hash.
- Branding and settings: the logo, colour, website address, reply-to address and custom domain you set, plus webhook and CRM connection settings.
- Billing: your plan and subscription status. Stripe holds your payment details.
- Scans: the domain being graded and what can be read publicly about it — its web pages, public DNS and certificate records, performance measurements, and what AI assistants say when asked about its industry.
- Grader visitors: the domain entered, and an email address if one is given, together with the resulting score.
- Outreach recipients: email addresses a customer adds to an outreach sequence, with a record of what was sent and whether the person unsubscribed.
- Chat messages: questions typed into the site's assistant are sent to Anthropic to produce an answer. We do not store them.
- Technical data: your IP address, used only to limit abuse of the grader and kept for no more than two days, and the request logs our hosting provider keeps.
How we use it
- To run the service: grade websites, show results, and deliver reports and leads where you have told us to send them.
- To send the emails the service depends on: sign-in codes, team invites, trial and usage notices, and the reports and sequences our customers set up.
- To bill paid plans.
- To keep the service secure and stop abuse.
We do not sell personal information, we do not use it for advertising, and the site carries no analytics or advertising trackers.
Email and unsubscribing
Every report and outreach email sent through ActiScore carries an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing is recorded and honoured for the company that sent the email. Account emails such as sign-in codes and billing notices are part of having an account.
How long we keep it
- Account, scan and lead data are kept while the account is open.
- Customers can delete individual leads at any time, and deletion removes the email address outright.
- When an account is deleted, its team, scans, leads and sequences are deleted with it.
- IP addresses used for abuse limits are deleted within two days.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it by writing to hello@actiscore.ai, or by post to Securafy, Inc., 6100 Oak Tree Blvd, Suite 200, Independence, OH 44131. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit. Each customer's data is kept separate at the database level, and access to it is limited to that customer's own team. No system is perfectly secure, and if a breach affects your information we will tell you as the law requires.
Where it is processed
Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. By using ActiScore you understand your information may be handled outside the country where you live.
Children
ActiScore is a business tool and is not meant for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and email account owners about any material change before it takes effect. See also our Terms of Service.
