Terms of Service

Your account

• Give accurate details when you sign up, and keep your sign-in private.
• Each person needs their own login. Invite teammates rather than sharing one.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what your team members do.

Plans and billing

• The Free plan costs nothing, needs no card and does not expire. It includes 10 scans a month.
• Your first paid plan starts with 30 days free, and no card is needed to start it. We email you 7 days before the trial ends. If you add a card, the subscription then renews automatically each month or year at the price shown when you chose it, until you cancel. If you do not, the account moves to the Free plan when the trial ends and nothing is charged. One free trial per customer.
• Scans beyond a paid plan's monthly allowance cost $0.35 each and are added to your next invoice. Current prices are on the pricing page.
• You can cancel from the Billing page at any time. When a subscription ends, the account returns to the Free plan and keeps its data.
• Payments are non-refundable, including for partly used billing periods and unused scans, except where the law requires a refund. The free trial and the Free plan exist so you can judge the service before paying.
• We will email you before any price change applies to an existing subscription.
• Prices do not include taxes, which are added where the law requires.
• If a payment fails, we may limit paid features until it is resolved.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use ActiScore to break the law or anyone else's rights;
• try to get around scan limits, rate limits or plan restrictions, or overload the service;
• access another customer's data, or probe or attack the service's security;
• copy the service, or resell raw access to it except as reports under your own brand.

Emails you send through ActiScore

When you send reports or outreach sequences through ActiScore, you are the sender. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact each recipient and for following the anti-spam and privacy laws that apply to you and to them. ActiScore adds an unsubscribe link to these emails and stops sending to anyone who uses it. Do not work around that.

Your data

Your branding, your leads and your account data remain yours. You allow us to store and process them only to provide the service to you. For the leads and prospects you collect, we act on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy.

On paid plans you may present ActiScore reports to your clients and prospects under your own brand.

What the scores are, and are not

Scores come from a published rubric applied to what is publicly readable about a website when it is scanned. AI-visibility results record what AI assistants answered at the time they were asked, and those answers change. The reports are guidance for improving a website. They are not a security audit, a penetration test, legal advice or a guarantee of any outcome, and should not be the only basis for a security or legal decision.

The service

We work to keep ActiScore available and accurate, and we improve it continually, which can change how features work. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind beyond those the law does not allow us to exclude.

Limits of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to ActiScore is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Suspension and ending

You can stop using ActiScore at any time, and ask us to delete your account by writing to hello@actiscore.ai. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other customers at risk, and will tell you why unless the law or the situation prevents it.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, we will update the date at the top of this page and email account owners about any material change before it takes effect. Continuing to use ActiScore after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to them or to ActiScore will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and both parties agree to those courts' jurisdiction.
